Tayo Lee Nelson was born in a sausage factory in Reading, Berkshire. After pursuing a girl in camera club he finally got his chance in the darkroom to develop his personal style.
Tayo has become a legend in his own hamlet and is known the whole village over. His work has been featured more widely in magazines across the globe including People, Heat, UsWeekly, New York Times and the NewburyWeeklyNews.
He has won many awards including his cycling proficiency test, Basic First Aid and 2nd in the egg and spoon race.
His recent charity work includes cycling solo from Berkshire to Barcelona powered purely on French pastries to raise money for “MIND” (mental health charity)
A British/American photographer with studio spaces in London and Newbury, Berkshire.
He has worked for the British press for many years and has worked abroad in Scandinavia, Los Angeles, New York and the Caribbean.
